Can't believe I just learned recently July is National Ice Cream Month! It actually started back in 1984 when President Ronald Reagan recognized the impact eating ice cream has on 90% of the nation's population. Now, how in the world do you think I missed that reason for celebration? One will surely never know!
Here it comes….!
The next flea market in Sumpter!

Today we observe Memorial Day here in the US. The day is set aside to honor those who died in service to our country.
Just my opinion, but I think a fair measure of how we honor our fallen heroes is by how we treat those heroes who still are with us. Today I share two poems I wrote about our vets.
While we enjoy this holiday weekend in Sumpter….please join us as we take pause to honor those who have given their lives and to those who currently serve our country so we can be free to enjoy this weekend!
God bless America and all those who serve……..
